IDIDs.com ("IDIDs," "we," "us," or "our") is a DID (Direct Inward Dialing) wholesale and retail marketplace operated in the United States. IDIDs.com is a downstream reseller of telecommunications services. Upstream carrier services are provided by Infinitum Communications, LLC.

We do not collect, record, or store the content of voice calls or SMS messages routed through DID numbers on our platform. All call and message traffic is passed through to your designated SIP endpoint or SMS destination.
We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sell it to third parties.
As a provider of telecommunications-adjacent services, IDIDs.com handles CPNI consistent with applicable FCC rules (47 C.F.R. Part 64). CPNI includes information about the telecommunications services you subscribe to: quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of use.
We will not use, disclose, or permit access to CPNI except to provide your services, as required by law, or with your express written consent. To restrict our use of CPNI for any purpose beyond service delivery, contact support@idids.com with subject "CPNI Opt-Out."
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a minimum of 3 years after account closure for billing, legal, and regulatory compliance. Invoices and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law. LNP documents are retained for a minimum of 2 years.
To request deletion of personal data, contact support@idids.com. We will comply to the extent permitted by our legal and regulatory obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; bcrypt hashing for passwords and API keys; role-based access controls; and audit logging of all administrative actions. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Suspected compromise should be reported immediately to support@idids.com.
IDIDs.com uses only essential session cookies required for authentication and secure portal access. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or any analytics that share data with external advertising networks.
California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for advertising). To exercise these rights, contact support@idids.com with subject "California Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.
IDIDs.com is a business-to-business (B2B) service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly.
