5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use IDIDs.com services for:
- Illegal robocalling, auto-dialing, or unsolicited telemarketing in violation of the TCPA
- Caller ID spoofing for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Traffic pumping, access stimulation, or artificial traffic inflation
- Any activity that violates federal or state telecommunications laws
- Harassment, threats, or unlawful surveillance
- Resale without an approved wholesale/reseller account
Violations may result in immediate service termination without refund.
6. E911 Disclaimer
DID numbers provided by IDIDs.com are virtual telephone numbers delivered via SIP. IDIDs.com does not provide E911 (Enhanced 911) emergency calling services. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that adequate E911 service is provisioned for any end users of DID numbers, in compliance with FCC regulations.
Customer acknowledges that VoIP-based DID services may not support traditional 911 dialing and that emergency services may not be available or may not function identically to traditional telephone 911 service. IDIDs.com shall not be liable for any failure or inability to access emergency services through DID numbers.
7. STIR/SHAKEN Compliance
IDIDs.com supports the STIR/SHAKEN caller ID authentication framework as required by the FCC. All outbound calls originating from IDIDs.com infrastructure are signed with appropriate attestation levels. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of DID numbers does not result in calls receiving low attestation due to improper caller ID practices.
8. TCPA & Anti-Robocall Compliance
Customer agrees to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the TRACED Act, and all applicable FCC rules regarding automated and prerecorded calls. This includes but is not limited to:
- Obtaining prior express consent before making autodialed or prerecorded calls
- Maintaining Do-Not-Call lists and honoring opt-out requests
- Registering caller IDs and not engaging in illegal robocalling
- Complying with 10DLC registration requirements for A2P messaging
9. Number Portability
IDIDs.com supports Local Number Portability (LNP) in accordance with FCC rules. Porting timelines depend on the losing carrier and port complexity. We do not guarantee specific port completion dates but will work diligently to meet industry-standard timelines.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate LOA (Letter of Authorization) information. Incorrect information may result in port rejection and delays.
10. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for voice DID services across our infrastructure. This SLA applies to wholesale and enterprise accounts. Service credits are available for sustained outages exceeding the SLA commitment — contact support for details.
Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. We will provide at least 48 hours' notice for planned maintenance.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDIDs.com's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer to IDIDs.com during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
IN NO EVENT SHALL IDIDs.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. IDIDs.com may terminate immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment.
Upon termination, Customer may port numbers to another provider within 30 days. After 30 days, numbers may be released back to inventory.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
